We provide the following business models of ODC:

Customer Managed ODC

We provide the programmer, project leader and infrastructure all kind of resources. Our clients provide the management team at senior level, which responsible for project management and deliverables. These ODC adopt the customer specific business practices, processes, methodologies, quality management, and acquisition of technology expertise as per the need of the customer's projects. This model works at a partner level relationship between the customer and us with high level of commitments to ODC from both sides.

Budget Managed ODC

This model allows Budget to manage the resources, infrastructure, projects and deliverables to our client from the ODC. The client allocates tasks and manages reviews. All processes including the development processes, testing and standards are deployed in the light of Budget’s best practices. However, at every phase Budget takes the customer’s key input before implementation.

Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) ODC

Under this model, Budget will be hired to build a dedicated ODC for the customer and operate the ODC for a certain amount of time. When the customer is ready, the ODC will be transferred to the client, who will manage the operation. With predefined schedules, Budget transfers all the ODC resources, infrastructure, operational knowledge, etc to the customer to operate as an independent entity.

Joint Venture ODC

The Joint Venture Model is pure partnership approach with a long-term understanding, where Budget and the client found the ODC together with stake from either side. It is a mutual investment in each other’s business and growth.
